Part of the data is collected to provide the website without errors.
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request its correction or erasure, and under certain circumstances the restriction of its processing. You may contact us about this at any time at the address given in the legal notice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Our host processes your data only as far as necessary to fulfil its service obligations and follows our instructions regarding this data.
3. General information and mandatory information
Data protection
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
Please note that data transmission over the internet, for example by email, can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Controller
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Kamil Kascha
Wacxqkerzvkstrqjaßewxz 1
791xq08 zvkFreqjibuwxzrg
Germany
Email: infxqokzvkamiqjl-kwxzascxqha.zvkcom
The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Withdrawing your consent
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time. An informal message by email is sufficient. The lawfulness of the processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
If processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data, including profiling based on these provisions. If you object, we will no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If your personal data is processed for direct marketing, you have the right to object to this at any time, including profiling related to such marketing. Your data will then no longer be used for direct marketing.
Right to lodge a complaint
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged breach. This right exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or a third party in a common, machine-readable format. Direct transfer to another controller takes place only as far as technically feasible.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries you send to us, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar and the lock symbol in your browser. When encryption is active, data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
Access, erasure and correction
Within the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of processing, and where applicable a right to correction or erasure. You can contact us about this at any time at the address given in the legal notice.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, in particular while the accuracy of the data is being checked, if the processing was unlawful and you prefer restriction to erasure, if we no longer need the data but you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or if you have objected under Art. 21(1) GDPR and it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail.
4. Data collection on this website
Cookies and analytics
This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from its own server.
Server log files
The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website.
Contact form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, your details including the contact data you provide are stored by us to process the enquiry and for any follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where requested.
The data you enter remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for storage no longer applies, for example after your enquiry has been processed. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
5. Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form against spam. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Turnstile loads only once you start filling in the form. Technical signals such as your IP address, a TLS fingerprint and your browser's user agent are then sent to Cloudflare to check whether the input comes from a human. For this check Cloudflare acts as a processor. According to Cloudflare, it processes these signals as an independent controller to improve its bot detection. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in protecting our contact form against automated misuse and spam.
Further information is available in the Turnstile privacy policy.
